The PuK Thumbstick is widely universal but there are a few factors that you should be aware of when building your mobile gaming setup.
Virtual Joysticks
The PuK Thumbstick is designed to interface directly with Virtual Joysticks.
Where there’s one in your game, you can use your PuK.
Anchor Traction
The Anchor connects to the rear of your phone or phone case to hold your Thumbstick in place. The Anchor doesn’t stick so well to textured surfaces, Soft-touch surfaces and Frosted Glass.
Make Any Surface Work
Not the Perfect Surface?
The included Sticky Disk is the solution. It creates a perfect smooth, shiny spot for secure attachment.
About Magnets
Most mobile phones have parts inside that can attract or pull the Thumbstick. Don't worry, in most cases, you probably won't even notice. But if you do feel it, try moving the Anchor to a different spot or rotating your phone 180°.
Folding Phones
Unfortunately folding phones and devices are not compatible with the PuK Thumbstick. Their soft screens could get damaged - the Thumbstick works best with regular glass screen devices.
Screen Protectors
Good news! Your screen protector works perfectly with the PuK Thumbstick.
Just a heads up for iPhone users - if you're using PuK Compatible triggers too, you might notice some touch response quirks.
Using a Tablet?
While we think the PuK Thumbstick will work great with tablets, we're still testing to be 100% sure. Feel free to try it out - our return policy has you covered if it's not perfect for your setup.
